Typically, your custom piece will arrive within 5-12 days after the design is finalized. However, since every project is unique, the timeline may vary slightly. Here’s an idea of how long each step usually takes:

Design: As long as it takes to meet your expectations.
We’ll fully support you during the design process. Some clients have a clear idea and just need to share a few details, so we can get started within a few days. Others prefer to take their time, working with us over several weeks to perfect every detail.

Sample: Approximately 3-5 days.
Once the design is confirmed, we'll start making the sample, following the standards we've agreed on. After completion, we'll send you photos for approval before shipping it. A Proforma Invoice can be provided for the sample.
Note: If stainless steel casting is involved, it will take longer.

Bulk Production: Approximately 7-10 days
Once the sample is approved, we'll begin bulk production.

Shipping: 3-5 days
You can choose your preferred shipping method. If you opt for DHL or FedEx, both of which are among the fastest services available, your package will be delivered as quickly as possible. However, delivery times can still vary due to factors like location, the chosen shipping method, and potential customs delays, which are beyond our control.

We offer genuine factory prices with full transparency—no hidden fees. You'll receive a clear breakdown, including material costs, plating, electroplating, stone fees, and labor expenses.

Additionally, we can help reduce your costs by optimizing your design. By reusing molds, existing designs, and components, we minimize production time and overall expenses, ensuring maximum value for your budget.

To protect your designs, we can sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) and gather your customization requirements. We assess which factories are best suited for your project and ensure that only the selected factories have access to your design. Additionally, each factory involved will sign an NDA, ensuring your design remains confidential throughout the entire customization and production process.
